Carmex for your lips, get that taken care of... For your skin, try Neutorgena (the foarm, pretty sure it says gentle wash or something) wash twice a day, and follow with a moisturizer like Clinique Dramatically different moisturizing cream.

This has worked for me, and my skin is super sensitive, and it really helps with the acne too.

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then fifteen times. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Here are some of the previous comments I got from those who voted it as the best answer,

To combat acne, I use Cetaphil cleanser for normal/oily skin, Differin cream in the morning, and Benzaclin gel at night. The latter two mentions are both prescription-only products, but man, they work great. To combat the dryness because you have acne-prone, sensitive skin (like me), I recommend Neutogena's Oil-free Moisture lotion for sensitive skin, which is also fragrance-free and really light. I use it whenever my skin feels a little taut, which isn't often. Finally, to combat chapped lips, I recommend Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 - it's very non-greasy and feels great on.

Wash your face with a non-scented face wash suitable for oily skin like Clean and Clear. Also, apply toner regularly to remove dead skin and restore the skin's Ph balance. As for your lips, try applying ghee every night to them. It should help.

try making your own skin regimen,
Olive oil + lavender oil for your cracked skin.
a little toothpaste on your acne works wonders.
And just cleansing and exfoliating daily to buff away some of those dead skin cells whick are leaving fllakes and cracks w/ a moisturizer used for oily skin such as PURPOSE, its very good for acne prone and oily skin. good luck!
