Oh yes. I've been using it for over 15 years, I'm 39 and I don't have a line or wrinkle on my face. I use Alpha-Hydrox it's inexpensive and works very well. Another very important step is sunscreen. Always use sunscreen and never ever tan. The sun causes 99% of wrinkles. Be good to your skin and it will be good to you in return by not revealing your true age, If you don't treat your skin well, it will lie about your age and say you're older than you actually are. Most people think I'm at least 10 years younger than I am. I am so graciously thankful for this compliment and so glad I didn't tan when I was younger. Happy New Year.

I also use Alpha Hydrox (12% Glycolic) and have for a decade or more. I am 44 and I have had people think I am in my early 30's...and I have to admit I do tan also!

Yes, I agree. Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), which is what glycolic is, is the most effective at getting out wrinkles. It plumps up the skin and generates collagen production. It is natural and safe (at normal amounts).
I, too, use Alpha Hydrox products (www.alphahydrox.com).
This is a good informative page about AHA:(http://skincarerx.com/aha.html). Just scroll down the page past the listing of the products.

Yes it does help...and is probably one of the more gentle options out there. There are laser, microdermabrasion and other peel options that would provide a more dramatic alteration.
