My eyes are very dark brown, but sometimes look like they have specs of gold. What eye shadow colors would compliment them best? (oh, and I'm naturally tan if skin color has anything to do with it)

I also read on a website that you could wear this colored contact for people that have 20/20 vision.
Anyway, can I wear colored contacts? Or must they be prescribed to me by a doctor?

What colour of eyeshadow would be best for me? I have blue/green eyes and long dirty blonde/light brown hair. Im Caucasian and I have naturally long eyelashes. (I know, some of that might not help:P)

Also, I'm 13 years old and I'm in the 8th grade. Also, the only hairstlye that looks good on me is leaving it all down. Whenever I do an up hairdo like putting it in a ponytail or something it looks so ugly. I look so ugly whenever I try to wave my hair. I haven't done my eyebrows yet and haven't waxed my upper lip yet.I also can't wear any makeup. (I can't do all those things until I'm in 11th grade.) Everyone alwyas teases me because of my hair and how dull it is for leaving it all down all the time. They all do something different everyday and make fun of me all the time. My question is, by the time I reach 11th grade and I do my eyebrows, wax my upper ip, put some mascara, little eyeshadow and lipgloss will I look pretty? Or better looking? Will I be able to put my hair up? I feel so ugly. I'm alwyas getting teased. Also, is wearing colored eye contacts bad for you? Or helpful?

i need a cleanser, moisturiser, toner, and foundation for my skin type. i have dry sensitive skin but i also have slight acne on the apples of my cheeks, my chin and a little on my forehead. i have dry skin mainly around my eyes and mouth. Please help. i can't find anything that doesn't make something else worse. for example something for my acne makes more dry skin and something for dry skin worsens my acne and so many products hurts my skin like hell.

I was wondering if Maybelline Great Lash Mascara (the one in the green and pink bottle) is good. Supposedly it was supposed to be the best mascara (well at least the best that you could find in the drugstores) but i am not sure, i just wanted to see if anyone else thinks it is good before I buy it.
