What is the best color eyeliner for blue eyes? AND also, if you want your eyes to appear larger, do you line the eyes from the middle as opposed to the inner corners?

Do some of them realize how much makeup actually hurts their looks? There is this girl I met few weeks ago, and she looks pretty good, wears a lot of makeup, eyeliner and lipstick. I saw her yesterday, met for breakfast and she didn't have time to do all her makeup, so she didn't have eyeliner or lipstick on. She looked like a completely diff person, absolutely drop dead gorgeous. On other times I wasn't too physically attracted to her, but without the lipstick and eyeliner I couldn't believe how diff and good she looks.

I've tried black eyeliner and it just looks sooooo gross on my cause I have dark brown eyes and tanned skin. What do u suggest?

I used EverFresh makeup SPF 14 by Maybelline, and they have now discontinued the product. im pissed! It is the only foundation type/concealer I have ever used because it was soooo light on my face. I bought two other kinds of foundation and they feel so thick I cannot bring myself to wear them. The Everfresh was like a tinted lotion (a bit thicker...) but it was like I wasn't wearing anything. Do you guys know of anything like this? I've tried their pure makeup, their dream matte mousse... but haven't tried any other brands. Thanks for your help.

I always have a difficult time picking out eye shadow colors that match my complexion. I have dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, and a light, somewhat olive complexion. If this helps, I look most like the Italian portion of my family. It just seems as if nothing I try looks good on me. The same with lip color.

I want guys to notice.
I'm pretty shy..so I really don't know what else to do to attract them. But not anything extreme. I try not to be shy, and talk more, but that's easier said than done.
And I have a new class starting tomorrow, so new guys I don't know yet.
So what kind of make-up (and colors) would look nice on me?
