I have no clue but here could be some reasons
1. They have bushy eyebrows or dont like the shape of them.
2. They dont want to deal with waxing or plucking them.
3. They may want a darker or lighter colour of eye brows.
4. They want them thiner or in a different shape or angle.
ha ha, i have some friends who do that... i find it odd... o, well

because the want thinner eyebrows??
word of warning NEVER shave your eyebrows however tempted you are. personal experience. total disaster.
i agree with the person above looks cheap tacky and just strange.
but its funny i was in new look and the till person had drawn her eyebrows on and looked ridiculous and i couldnt stop staring. until she asked me what was the matter = ]

I have no clue. I guess it is pointless. some people want thin eyebrows? Or their eyebrows are really thick.
