Oooohhh, green eyes are beautiful. Eyeshadow should be opposite on the color wheel, so you should go for coppers and bronzes, maybe a touch of lavender. They'll set your eyes off well.

A mocha chocolate color with a army green lighter color with a hint of yellow gold on the lid near lashes and brow line with black mascara.
Line your brows-don't trim them too thin or short and only use a light colored liner on your deep set eyes- the darker they are the deeper they are-Use black mascara to pull those lashes out.
I would meet with a make up artist and chat with them.
Most times if you buy an item $20-100 at that counter, you can really get a great lesson and how to Use the makeup correctly!
Without seeing you- its hard to tell you the facts.
You sound like those EYES are a great asset!
This color palette you can wear, read, oranges and some pinks on your lips and cheeks. So don't think your limited.
Please please- don't wear BLUE eye shadows- it will really POP but it will scream I'm cheap. I don';t care if "who" is wearing them - it doesn't make it look good. Warm up those eyes with warmer colors.

My deep set green eyes pop and look natural when I wear shimmery dark gold or sandy gold. Black mascara (no matter your hair color) also brings out eyes better than brown-black.

Give it up. Eye shadow is definately OUT. Mascara only on eyes. Keep it clean, fresh and simple. Natural looks are best. Mascara to enhance only. Lip stick is good. Foundation for face. These 3 products should be all you need. They should all be beneficial too. They moisturize while enhancing. No other make up needed. Men want natural looking women and ready to go. Some women are so rude making the guys wait and wait while life is passing buy...they are so vain staring at themselves in the mirror and dumping all sorts of stuff on their faces. Shower and go is in. Live life and stop the vanity!

I also have deepset green eyes. I use pink (not pastel) eyeshadow, and light apricot. This is not garish and looks great.

Probably the best colors would be pinks and purples, those colors would really make your eyes pop. Also gold would make your eyes look more sultry.
