My uniform is a dark shade of green all over (except for blouse which is white and black shoes) but I hate the idea of green make-up! I have fair skin and dark blonde hair. My school is OK on make-up but the rules are as follows:
light/pale foundation
clear or slightly pink lipgloss
neutral eyeshadow
dark mascara and eyeliner (applied thinly)
Can anybody suggest make-up for me to wear? Also, I don't have a lot of time in the morning so nothing to detailed please...

Thanks for your responses so far. I think the idea of the make-up rules is to show that we're coming to school not to a disco or whatever and I don't mind the idea of the rules because it takes away the fun from dressing up for a party if you're allowed to over-do it.

I agree with you on the green. Matching your face with your clothes seems a little overdone. Clinique makes a product called "almost makeup" which is basically tinted sunscreen. It's very light and comfortable to wear as foundation. I'd stick to neutral eyeshadows (pinks and browns) and maybe a little eye-liner on the lower lid. I heard somewhere that the one thing you're supposed to never leave the house without is mascara, I suggest Max Factor, 2000 calorie.

I also go to a school with a strict dress code and I have to wear a unifrom every day. My school colors and red and blue and I wouldn't want to wear eyeshadow in my school colors either so my suggestion is as follows...
a) a tinted moustirizer like "You Rebel" by Benefit
b) a creamy pink eyeshadow
c) black mascara-only one coat
d) avoid eyeliner, you want to keep it fresh not too dark
e) a light lipgloss like "Vita Gloss" by BonneBelle
Good luck!

Try very neutral eyeshadows as well. I usually go for a light brown on the lid and then a cream/tan with shimmer on the top. You don't want to over do it with too many colors (especially green). :)
And try brown mascara too. I'm a blonde as well and I love the brown becasue it doesn't look too dramatic.

try brown, creams and nudes. that is neutral eyeshadow. what u can do is get a light brown shadow, from the eyelash line to about halfway up, maybe a Bit darker color in the crease. then apply thin black or brown eyeliner to lash line only, and some mascara. get a cream/gold/white color shadow or pencil and line Lower lashes. lip gloss, and translucent powder if ur shiny (or oil blotting sheets!).

ur good to go, and ur eyes will look really cute! :)

Your school tells you the type of makeup to wear? Wow I have never heard of that. I guess follow the guide lines...and white eyeshadow looks good with any colour. And your right green eyeshadow doesnt sound too good...
