Try laying down and placing a thin, cold cucumber slice over your eyes for about 10 minutes. Or, buy one of the dozens of eye-puff reducing creams that are on the market. The easiest place to find such a cream is in the cosmetic aisle of your grocery store.

Your eyebags are probably there because of your period or menopause. A product to treat this should cotain caffeine or acids from fruits, that would hydrate and reduce the swelling. Ask a pharmacist or your doctor about possible lotions or remedies.

Cosmetic surgery is the only way to completely get rid of it. However, there are many products on the market today in drug stores or over the internet. You may even be able to get one on prescription.
