Makeup - January 2007

When I put on my foundation in the morning a little while goes by and on dry areas of my face the foundation flakes and the foundation clumps i guess? and does not go on smoothly.

I use bare minerals and i thought that would be the answer, but apparently it must be dead skin? Any advice how to remove this skin or how to prevent it?

i believe every month mascara needs to be thrown away, if not and still using it can it be harmful to eyes? thanks.

i tried using this neutrogena graduale tanning stuff and made me orange!
i cant want to go to the tanning salon

I rarely wear eyeshadow, and I want to start. I just want like 3 simple shade colors that blend well and I could wear everyday. What makeup seller should i go to and what colors? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Thankyou to everyone for the very fast response regarding eyeshadow! & I would just like to add to any small minded people out there (not mentioning any names) that the question was about make-up & not spelling. I am an English teacher in the UK and picking up on something as minor as that clearly means, you didnt actually understand the question! :)

I have green eyes & for years I have been unable to find a nice colour eyeshadow to define my eyes! Simple enough problem but feedback would be appreciated !

This happened a while ago. I was painting my nails black then went to apply a clear coat. The bottle was a bit clogged up so I added a little remover to thin it down. It went well and I applied it. Next day when I went to clean my nails the varnish was impossible to get off. I had to soak them in remover for about 10 minutes before the varnish even started to come off. Has this happened to anyone before?

I have fair skin and I end either looking washed out or too dark. Also the foundation usually builds up in the crease around my nose no matter what I do.

Does murad work??
i just saw the commercial fro murad . I have benn useing proactive for about 2 years and havent seen no results! After haveing a bad experiece with trying out something and in the end it didnt work im a little worried that this line of product wont work! I have acne not really bad but at the point were i want flawlass skin. Is this another cheap skin line or an actull miracle ???

I DON'T have any BREAKOUTS it's just some spots are a bit uneven or have redness like around my nose. Should I change face washes? I have used Clean & clear, Noxzema, and I am currently using Biore'. (It has worked the best.) Or should I use different cover up? I have used Nuetragena and I am currently using Cover Girl.

A few months back I found a MySpace page for a company producing a rock'n'roll themed cosmetics line, i.e all the products took their name from song titles and they did some pretty crazy colours.
