I wouldn't start wearing it before age 12, and then not too much. Make-up is over rated and is meant to highlight your beauty, not substitute for it!

You don't ever have to wear make up. It is a personal choice. However, it is not good for your skin to wear it everyday, in general, so you should hold off for as long as possible. If your skin looks really bad, you may find it useful to use around the time you turn 18 and go for job interviews. It is also important for pictures, because it keeps your face from washing out.
When you do decide to use makeup, keep it light. Maybe some concealer for pimples and moisturizing lipstick, but that's all you need except for special days.

Start using makeup at the age of 12....but use very light lipgloss. Then by time u may apply light pink or baby blue eyeshadow,at the age of 13.Starting from 16 u may wear whatever you want to.But don't use alot of foundation and powder because that can make ur face wrinkled at an early age.GoodLuck

READ THIS ONE!!
It depends on if you need it, I mean you could be ten and break out alot. I don't know you so I can't tell you but if your younger, I would try using different face washes to get rid of break outs or oily-ness.(Try a pore minimizing scrub.) If thats not the case then I think it would be perfectly fine to use make-up. DO NOT USE NYC that stuff is the crappyist make up and it will ruin your face. Try using CoverGirl if you're a first tim-er.
I hope my advice helped!

Any time really. though it's best to start off with a little bit of eye shadow and lipgloss. When your skin is young is has a natural glow about it that shouldn't be loaded with makeup. However if you're a teenager, you'll find a bit of medicated foundation will help get rid of spots and hide them.

When your parents will let you.
So if you are a kiddy beauty pagent contestant, then 3yrs.
Otherwise, at about 12-14 for just a light brush of mascara.
And some tinted lip gloss can start at any age.
