Beige, don't wear a real color like Green or Blue.... Beige or something in the beige family blended nicely into your eyebrows so that there is no real cut off. Then try a black eye liner applied lightly both on top of your eye lid as well as on the inside of your lower lid.. then of course lightly applied mascara. WaLa a great look.
Good Luck and have fun

Lot's of Black eye mascara, and eyeliner!!! Then I would use different shades of the browns to enhance your eyes, and maybe some of that eyeshadow that may have a little bit of sparkle in it, that's completely up to you, the (sparkle)... I myself am too old for that sort of thing!! But, hey its a "Party!!" And at Party's anything goes, right?!!! And before you know it, everyone will be intoxicated, and not be even caring about their attire, one bit, sooooooo!!! Hey, you have fun, hun!!! Smile!!!!

Shimmery dark blue or shimmery navy. Make sure you don't wear too dark lip color. A sheer lip gloss would be perfect. Also, don't forget a sheer color blush, and a shimmery highlighter right above your cheekbones.

what about going a little retro and wearing a shimmery neutral eye with a bright red lip?
it'll look bold against a black dress.

Depends your hair and colouring. If your fair, with light hair, pearly wintery colours, like greys, blues or violets will look great. If your're darker, then tan, chocolate browns and blacks to create smoky look would be best

If you are under 25, sparkling silver! Over 25, do a smoky gray-no sparkles.
