Unfortunately, foundation is probably the one thing you do not want to try to save money on.
If you save a little bit of money, and buy a decent foundation (you can find some good ones between $7-$10), it will provide a nice base to apply the rest of your makeup.

For a good foundation on the cheap you cannot beat Maybellines dream mousse...if you can stretch a bit more cash Estee Lauder max cover is fab.

It depends on what you mean as cheap. I bought a Loreal compact and it was $13.00. Its the best. I have used cover girl and they are OK.
I would suggest purchasing makeup at Wal-mart, they seem to be the cheapest. Some brands to look for:
Rimmel, I have use the lipstick and masscara and was pretty please for the price

go to cvs all their foundation there is really good and cheap i suggest Maybellines dream mousse its amazing all my friends are always asking how clear my skin is and i say thank uuuu foundation and their like what ur wearing makeup haha it doesnt even look like u are!

I personally love covergirl. It ranges anywhere from $4-$8 and it works.

well this foundation is 10$ its nearly naked makeup ,its made by almay.it doesn't break you out and it is nice and natural but still evens out your skin tone.
