What is the best Moisturizering foundation for dry skin.?
I have really really dry skin even if i use moisturizing cream it under my makeup it doesnt help.

Hi there,

Anyone used or know the best way to enlarge lips,I used one off ebay which claimed to be the best,it was like a lip gloss and made my lips tingle but nothing happened,it was £40 as well.
So to be honest I am put off using one like that again.

Any ideas or advise would be great,

I don't wear alot of makeup at all. Just some light browm eyeshadow,mascara and eyeliner! I was like what. I sometimes go to school without makeup and people say I look the same with or without it really! My friend said I wear too much makeup. I was like what the heck. What did his comment mean? I don't clump or cake the makeup on!

for a wedding in february im wearing a black dress with a big ivory and black stripey bow round the middle..

im thinking of wearing quite pale colours for my make-up (ie/ rosy cheeks, pale lipstick/gloss, non orange foundation lol)
