Revlon makes ColorStay lipstick, which i believe is matte.

If you are in the UK try Boots No 7 Stay Perfect Lip Lacquer (Tea Rose is a lovely colour). It's in a long thin tube with a gloss part to it but can be used without gloss for a matt finish - this will stay on your lips ALL day without budging - even through drinking and eating - it's fab. The other one is Boots No 7 Stay Perfect lipstick - drys matt and loads of great colours - number 05 Angel is a great nude colour.

collection 2000 sells matte lipsticks and quite cheaply but I think that the majority like No7, etc sell them.
Collection 2000 can be found in most supermarkets and superdrug, boots etc...and they do a nude matte if that is what you want.
