for a wedding in february im wearing a black dress with a big ivory and black stripey bow round the middle..
im thinking of wearing quite pale colours for my make-up (ie/ rosy cheeks, pale lipstick/gloss, non orange foundation lol)
what nail varnish would you suggest to go with this? my nails aren't long enough for a french manicure! so please dont say that.. thanks x

Red nails always look great with black. This looks the best when your nails are on the shorter side and the edges are squared off a bit.
Or, you could always opt for a soft, simple, pale ballerina-like pink.

If you have short nails, I would recommend you to go for dark nail colors. Short nails + Dark color = cuteness!
I think dark plum or dark red would look beautiful.
If you're adventurous, go for cherry red, or want to go less regal-style but more understated and classy, you can go with dark chocolate brown too.

i personally think tat jus paintin transparent wld look realli great.. as ur black dress n bow wld stand out.. a simple transparent nail can make u stand out jus as well, it's transparent n glossy!

go for a bright red..thats'll look really elegant and sparkly if you add some jewels..
