Sunscreen is very important because it protects you from the UVB rays. The big thing is that it protects you from getting wrinkles and fine line in early ages. The higher the number the better protection. For example SPF 40 has greater protection than SPF 15. There is a new sunscreen that has a SPF 60. Is only available in Europe and Australia. If you have dark skin then you should use low number of sunscreen. If you are pale then the higher number the better. Dark skin, lower number - very white skin, higher number. I hope I helped you!! :)

Dont know, and never will..... I beleive that if all of those lotions can block, the Powerful , Almighty Awesome Sun, from getting color on your skin, and putting vitamins in your blood stream, than that's some pretty Scary stuff, in those bottles!!! And one can only imagine how DANGEROUS, the chemicals they put in those bottles are made of and how easily they can get in our blood streams!!!! Whoah!! I will never use them, and I'm fair skinned, one of the highest RISKS, for skin cancer, and I live in the desert!! But alls the sun has done to me, is make me HAPPY, everytime I'm out in it !!!! And a BEAUTIFUL GOLDEN tan!!! And that's all I care about, forget all those chemicals!! No thanx!!! Smile!!!!
