Almost permanent nail varnish?

This happened a while ago. I was painting my nails black then went to apply a clear coat. The bottle was a bit clogged up so I added a little remover to thin it down. It went well and I applied it. Next day when I went to clean my nails the varnish was impossible to get off. I had to soak them in remover for about 10 minutes before the varnish even started to come off. Has this happened to anyone before?

No. but i suggest that you toss those two bottles of polish, and invest in quality ones such as O.P.I.
