any shade of plum-ishness will bring out the green, really makes them "pop"...a plummy browny shade works for moi.

Rich plum colours look really nice with green eyes, also browns and greys. The smokey effect with purples looks best for nights out, I think. Boots normally has sets for green eyes, have a look, you might be surprised what they recommend.

Plums or anything with a little red in it brings out green eyes. It's amazing how much greener they look. Be careful though. Some people are allergic to the red pigment in plums and purples. Experiment. If you want to look more natural for daytime, a lt. brown would be nice. I think green eyes can wear just about any color.

This probably sounds weird coming from a bloke but I've heard make-up experts talking about highlighting the eyes natural colour by using an opposite colour, so in your case I'd say a reddish-brown or a red colour.

I have hazel green eyes and I like to wear neutral browns. For evening I might set it off with some plum, pink or even peach. Green also sets it off nicely and obviously brings out the eyes. The plum gives them the pop.

I have green eyes, and I wear most colours, however I dont wear much brown ( as other people have suggested, as it makes my eyes look very tired and clashes with my freckles).
-Black eye linre is always good.
-dark shimmery kakhi colour (mac)
-Sheer gold cream shadow (rimmel)
-Electric blue (Nars) beleive it or not, when smudged in makes great smokey eyes
-Most shades of dark(ish) green
-Greys (Mac and lancome do nice ones)

Just experiment and have fun...

Also, just read some other comments. PLS PLS dont use purple or pinky shades unless you want to look like a crack-head, or like you have a black eye.

I have green eyes and use a lot of browns... however I find that when I wear a lighter shade of green mixed with the browns it really brings out the collor in my eyes.

Try a nice smokey grey colour....mid grey not too dark. If not this colour then I would say a deep brown on the eyelids and a pale beige halfway to the brow.
