Mineral Powder? Or gel? Also, should it be waterproof, or no?
Thanks!

By "inner rims" I mean "waterline" :)
Would I want something soft/creamy, like a kohl pencil? Or something dry like a gel?

I always use Artistry. Tell u a small proof for it to be the best ( specially for eyes)
my daughter now 13 started using my make-up. she knows that the make-up should be removed before sleeping but sometimes she does not. anyways she wanted to try some new colors of eyeliner which i did not have in my Artistry range so she got a gift from a friend's elder sister, a German based very famous co. But then again she did not remove the eye make-up a few times and each time the next morning her eyes used to be badly swollen, this did not happen with Amway's Artistry brand.
This is one of the many examples that i have found on my own skin abot Artistry's Best Quality.

well i guess it being waterproof is the best, n a pencil eyeliner is the best coz u want it for the rims. u can really get good style to your eyes. n u can also the colour u want as in matching u dress. so go ahead n be stylish.

there is not something too undesirable with doing that. in simple terms be careful about scratching your eyeball or the rim of you eye (I actual have finished this and it hurts plenty. plenty). save your eyeliner truly sharp, or use one which could not a pencil to dodge scratching. I wore eye liner that way for years with none important themes.

Self sharpened pencils are great and never get anything waterproof for your eyes unless its an emergency.

Kohl is best as it comes out better and makes your eyes pop

Try Victoria Secret's eyeshadow that comes in a cake. You apply it with a fine brush. It looks great.

def something dry... prevents bacteria growth ... important for inner rims that are esp. sensitive.
and sharpen before use!
