Kind of like the rich girl look...Laguna Beach...etc...

My face looks great except for underneath my eyes which is just sooo blue/purply!

I like the natural look alot. Nearly all the bollywood actresses have the same long brown/black straight hair, lot of foundation to make them appear lighter, thick eyelashes and eyeliner. Some of them do have nice features but is so much make up necessary? Before you go on about aishwarya rai who is a boring, she looks really fake. No i dont think she is the most beautiful woman in the world so dont come out with that bull. I do think Bipasha and mahima are pretty but they too fall into the bollywood superficial trap.
I know some hollywood celebs wear alot but it aint as bad as bollywood. I seen a pic of Adriana lima without makeup, she looks human and decent and a lot prettier with make up.

How do I take care of my lips? They always seem to be peeling and have lots of lines. I'd like them to be plump, somewhat smoother, moist, and perhaps stained? Tips? Products? I don't know the difference between balm, chap stick, gloss, and other products. How often do I apply these products?

I use Bare Essentials but I seem to be dry and look cracked by the end of the day. I have used brands from Estee Lauder to Cover Girl and yet the same thing.
I for once would like to have my makeup looking better/refreshed by the end of my working day...

Any suggestions...

I do use Moisturizers and clean my face daily..
