The best sunblock I have ever found and used is No-Ad. They do not advertise so it tends to be cheaper than Banana Boat and other brands. Also I know it is non-sticky because I have used it in the deserts of the Middle East twice :)

I am not sure if you are a man or woman, if you are a woman then you may like wearing a mineral makeup like Jane Iredale. This powder has a spf of 17 or 20 for each layer. It will even out your skin tone while giving you sun protection. They also have a men's line. If you prefer a liquid, Skinsceuticals has an excellent line but it is rather pricey. If you are a woman who prefers a liquid foundation, Dermalogica makes a liquid that you can add to a few drops to any moisturizer or foundation and get a 30 spf.
