A very thin layer of baby oil massaged into the face before you appy your foundation will accomplish exactly what you are after.

Begin each morning by splashing your face with the coldest water you can. Dry it with a tissue or clean piece of toilet paper. Then, with a make-up sponge, apply moisturizer all over your face and dab it in. If you apply concleaer, apply it at this point. Buy a product like Revlon skinlights in a color about one shade lighter than your skin. Dab a pea-sized drop on each cheek and on your forehead. Then, if there's anything left on your fingers, carefully draw a line down the bridge of your node. Smudge the line downwards with a make-up sponge. Use the sponge to brush the skinlights on your cheeks towards the outside of your face, and brush the skinlights on your forehead upwards to your hairline. Your face will look radiant!

Mineral Powder foundation by Arbonne is fantastic for a light, glowy, fresh looking face. I just bought some about 2 months ago and I loved it so much I signed up to buy wholesale! It's about half the price of Bare Minerals, and is pure.
Now I have Arbonne's skin care line, makeup, mascaras, lotion, etc.....

Makeup artist Carmindy always says to use a light, shimmery (but not sparkly) power applied with a big brush. Put it right under your eyebrows, on the inside corners of your eyes, and on your cheekbones, sweeping back into your temples. I dot his every day, and it really freshens my face!

Don't use makeup!!! Just massage your moisteriser in there with your fingertips (your clean fingertips, that is). Massage in little circles all over your cheeks and you'll have a nice healthy glow afterwards. You don't need makeup - it's fake anyways.
