cinnamon oil, it will instantly plump lips, just be careful not to get any inside your mouth...it will make you puckery

Wexler lip plumper. You can get it at BathnBody Works. You can also get some from there in colors like rich red. For a instant plump: put some ice on them. For instant pout: put on sheer chapstick all over your lips. Then, a bit of sheer (or glassy lipgloss) ono the center of your lips. Voila!

Get a wet wash cloth and gently rub your lips against it. This will smoothen your lips by sheding old skin. Also use chapstick or lipgloss daily. Smoother lips appear fuller. A top lipgloss is revlon lipglide. See this source for why. http://www.beautyqa.com/

well, if u go out to the stor buy lip venom if not u could put a little bit of chili on em' like when u eat chile lime lays chips, u get a little bit of spice on em, they make em fuller. lol

go to sephora.com they have good tips on stuff like that. they also have an array of lip plumpers that really work. some sting and others are really effective, but isn't noticeable.

well i think lipgloss! sorry! well if u do have numing jelly u can use dat! y would u have numing jelly?, just in case if u have a baby u put the jelly in there gums when they r teething!!!
