I guess that depends on how much you want to spend on make-up.
For eyeshadow, personally, I use Urbay Decay and Mac. Both are FANTASTIC. The colors are great, they blend well, and just generally work like a dream on me.
For my concealer I use Mac, Bare Minerals, or Clique. All of those are pretty pricey though.
My problem though is that cheap make-up makes me break out in hives. I have super sensitive skin. Mary Kay is the worst for me.
I would try going to a drug store that lets you do returns on make-up and trying a few different kinds out. Everyone has different skin, so what works on one person, might not work well on another. So just try it all out

Clinique, I have been using it for 25 years and always get compliments on my appearance, I take it as a compliment anyway. It looks more natural then other brands. No heavy fragrance. I tried another brand once to save money but threw it out and went back to Clinique. Good Luck

I like CoverGirl for anything skin-tones, like cover up and foundation. Sally Hansen makes a great foundation that can double as cover up - its a spray so it goes on very naturally. I love Revlon eye shadow, especially the creamy kinds. Millani is inexpensive, found at grocery stores and pharmacies, and the shadow is nice and bright.

I've never had any problems sticking with the basics like Cover Girl, Maybelline, and L'Oreal. I can't bring myself to buy expensive makeup when I just wash it off every night anyway.

Revlon Colorstay active works in you spread it with a make-up sponge, and eyeshadow, whether it's metallic/shiny or matte powder should always be one shade lighter than the color of your eyelids. Simple, natural, and you will look timelessly pretty!
