liquid liner. or just do a kohl liner and put powder and concealer on around it to smudge proof. you can always carry a makeup remover pad and compact mirror with you to wipe away the smudge.

Try Physicians Formula. They have a felt tipped pen type liquid eyeliner that doesnt wear off at ALL. I am an esthetician, and use it professionally when I need black eyeliner. It's kind of like a "sharpie" marker. You will need eye makeup remover to take it off it stays on so well. It's pretty much waterproof. Only thing is, you can't use it on the inner rim of your eye or your eye gets blurry (it will run into your eye because of the wetness of your eye- its not good to line the inner rim of your eye anyways, it can cause a lot of tear duct problems later in life)...
It is really awesome becaus eyou can do a thin or thick line, and you can be really precise with it- like a marker... :)
Anyways-- Physicians Formula Black Felt Tipped Eyeliner. :)

Kohl pencils are easier to use than eyeliner pencils. Try to apply inside the rim of the eye and they don't smudge. If you like the soft look effect, finish with a light application of loose powder to set it. If you desire a stronger effect, follow with your favorite eye color in powder. That will help your eye make-up stay on.

I don't know of any particular eyeliners that won't smudge, but BeneFit makes a product that can be applied over any color of eyeliner to 'seal' it and prevent it from smudging. I can't think of the name, but Sephora.com should have it.

Tearbaby Lovedrop liquid Eyeliner.Went under the rain, sweated and whatever not in it(humid humid weather here) but it doesn't smudge...and when it touches oil,eg.oily lids,it simply disappears instead of smudging.Cool eh?But you can only import that from Japan.Another one is Bibo Eyeliner.Much cheaper, pencil form and won many awards too!Don't trust Revlon and Maybelinne ones,it smudges like h***

estee lauder. Expensive but worth it. Plus it glides on so smoothly you feel like your not even wearing it. A tip for any eyeliner though. brush a bit of loose powder on your eye lids and under your eyes before putting on liner and shadow and it will stay on twice as long.

hope this helps!
