i drink lots of water but still it is dry n also becomes white. does lipbalm does any help.they r many flavours.which 1 2 get.i also want 2 improve my lip colour as it is slightly black.
vaseline also leaves my lip dry. how do i avoid chapping my lips.
help.

ok i really dont want 2 makeup .just want 2 have a clean face.bcoz i stay outdoors 4 9 hours.6 hours in school n 3 hours in my tutions in the same school dress.
So i apply only sunscreen n that is limited only 2 few hours.then i sweat.so do i have 2 reapply.
i cant put lipgloss,eyeliner all that stuff .
i want 2 look simple.
does blotting paper does any help.if yes then where can i find it?
please help me.

angelina jolie created one of women's universal obsession when she was born. pouting yout lips and putting on too much lip gloss looks just so unnatural. i would want to have healthy looking pouts without any surgery or silicon or whatsoever. lip plumpers are expensive, right?

Do y'all think black eye-liner is too harsh or does it depend on what kind of eye shape you have? I have large almond shaped eyes that are hazel and I have a medium complexion with long, dark brown wavy hair. I never wear a foundation and I only wear concealer if needed, light dusting of powder to cover up shine, a dab of blush and black mascara w/ black eyeliner. I don't ever wear eyeshadow or lipgloss or foundation. Does this seem like too much makeup, too little or just right? I know it depends on the individual, I just wanted to see what others thought.

People tell me my eyes are similar to Penelope Cruz's. Here is a pic of her with black eyeliner, I do my eyes similar to hers without the eyeshadow:

I need some new foundation, concealer, blush, and eyeshadow (my hazel eyes must be accented!) for somewhere between $20-$30. Where should I go where I can get all of this for as little as possible, but still have a quality product?

My eyes are a dark moss color green which gives them a brownish tint depending on my moods. I need help with finding the correct contrasting colors that will make my big round eyes pop!
