Do you do this when the mascara is still wet or wait until they are dry to apply the next coat?

And what about combing the lashes to remove clumps and/or seperate the lashes?

im almost 14 and im want to learn how to use makeup and which is the best. im soo new at this, can anyone give me some tips? im sorta aiming for that natural look so i dont want to put too much makeup on my face. also, i have sensative acne so i'd rather be safe and use all those products (toners, moisterizers, foundation, etc.) all over my face. im starting off with a little bit of mascara and some lip gloss. anybody knows some REALLY good makeup stuff i can put on my xmas wishlist?

what ppl always do is they put theyre eyeliner ontop of their eyelashes but the secret is that you should put it under your eyelashes.
step 1 -
lift up your eyelid
step 2-
take eyeliner and put it RIGHT under you eyelshes maybe VERY little between eyelashes
Step 3 -
you done!

I am from Ireland but my American aunt told me about a make-up called Bare minerals which we dont have over here...i have found the website on it but just want some opinions, is it good, what products you recommentd? I have blemishes like on the bottom of my face and where my cheeks are. i have used coco butter the kind and shea butter the pure kind also but I don't really think that it works what can I use. please someone tell me

I'm clueless as to what makeup would look best on me. Sure, I own makeup, but I wouldn't consider myself a "pro" at all. I tend to just stick with safe, neutral colors since they're hard to "screw" up. lol Anyhoot, I have pale skin. It gets pretty pale in the winter, although I'm not albino. lol I just don't like to tan 'cause it's not safe (and my family has a history of cancers, so melanoma doesn't appeal to me). Anyhoot, if you have any makeup ideas (such as colors, products, etc), please let me know :-). My eye color is blue, my hair is brunette, my skin tone is cool. I put a pic up here: http://www.freewebs.com/boltdiva/me.jpg I don't really like to wear foundation, so I'm basically just looking for eyeshadow, blush, lipstick... that kind of thing. I like my complexion as it is and I don't want to clog my pores with foundation.

ok well i just got back from florida and as it has been very cool there lately, i didnt have a chance to get a tan. so i went for the old SUNLESS TANNING LOTIONS by neutrogena and almay. and it was a no-no and im sitting here looking like an orange. i have scrubbed my face but nothing is working t oget rid of the orangeness! im seeing my boyfriend tomorrow so i need help!! anyone have a home-remedy to get rid of sunless tans?!!???

i love my eyes. i want to emphasize my eyes so much. i wear subtle make up to school but sometimes i wanna feel like angelina jolie in "alexander" and mimic her eye makeup. but after some hours, i end up looking almost like a raccoon. the eyeliner just melts down. i get oily skin at the day and i want to retain the makeup i had at the morning. help.
