here is the answer to everyones mystery question. when u put the eyeliner on- black, purple, blue green- whatever! u can always find an EYESHADOW that is the same color. so, with a really small and thin liner brush, take some of the eyeshadow and put it over the eyeliner. this will guarentee long lasting color.

Purchase quality eyeliner. It isn't the application technique, it's the quality of the eyeliner itself. I use Definicils by Lancome. Oops, that's mascara! what I meant to say is that I use the eyeliner pencil by Lancome. Line the outside of your lids, not the inside.

i use a powder eyeliner. wet the brush and apply it. the water sets it. but i never line my bottom lids because i don't like the way it makes my eyes look. the powder liner stays all day and doesn't rub off, unless i rub my eyes a lot. anyway, good luck!

i use a pencil eyeliner, and then go over it w/ a shadow in the same color to set it,lasts all day!!!

dont apply wear you wud uaually.
apply it right where the eyelashes start.
