what ppl always do is they put theyre eyeliner ontop of their eyelashes but the secret is that you should put it under your eyelashes.
step 1 -
lift up your eyelid
step 2-
take eyeliner and put it RIGHT under you eyelshes maybe VERY little between eyelashes
Step 3 -
you done!

its called tightlining its like putting eyeliner on the inner rim, it wont last long putting it there.
