okay their not wrinkles but I live in hawaii and people say that its because I dont wear sunscreen but how do I get rid of them?!

I know this sounds gross, but peperation H should work. You know, that butt cream stuff...

Nonsense. Not wearing sunscreen cause wrinkles, but not that quickly. If you wear concealer, you might be grinding it into the sensetive under-eye skin, causing it to sink into the fine (hardly visible) lines that naturally exist. Next time you're wearing concealer, look in a mirror and gently pull down your undereye skin. if you see subtle white lines, that's your concealer. Gently rub it away. If that's not the problem, try washing your face every morning: dirt from during the night might seep into those fine lines and make them more noticeable. If that still isn't the problem, try applying moisturizing lotion to your eye area and rub it towards your nose. Also, since you're in hawaii, drink at least one large water bottle during the day. Your eye skin will look fabulous for it!

Get some good eye cream.. the body shop has some good ones, lancome, clinique, olay. and start wearing sunscreen. Sunscreen helps prevents wrinkles

Use anti aging lotion with sunscreen. Don't apply powder it will only emphasize them.
