You need to clean your face with a very gentle, unscented cleanser like Cetaphil first. Do not use Noxema, it will irritate your skin with its menthol. Then, after cleaning your face, and patting it dry, use a blemish fighting solution with benzoyl peroxide in it. You can also use a beta hydroxy acid on your skin daily, if you need help keeping your pores free of blackheads and unclogged. if it's super bad, ask your doctor for some topical analgesic gel in a tube. It dries out your face, but if you use a neutrogena hydrating cream at night before you go to bed, you will notice a difference. if it's not that bad, Try washing your face every morning with just cold water and night. Only wash with soap in the shower. You could get neutrogena or oil of olay foaming wash. You will notice a difference in a week.

Absolute best stuff is by Mario Badescu called "Drying Lotion" (www.mariobadescu.com).It will get rid of the pimple in 2-3 days. Online you can also see the cleansers and other skin care stuff...it really works.

Thr is no other cream to reduce the pimples in ur face then to have lots 'n' lots of water and also avoid using all types of creams in ur face.

I've used a cream-pill combo. I bought it at WalMArt. It's called Natures Cure. It has pills that disolve in your mouth and cream you can wear under makeup. I saw a change in three days. It worked so good and was cheaper than going to the doctor. I use it sometimes now just to keep bumps away. Try it, it worked for me AND my husband. Good luck!!!

chemicals in some creams may cause futher damage to the pimples and often leave a dark spot of the pimple which sometimes is permanant...use some herbal treatments like applying the paste of mint leaves overthe pimples and there r a lot more...this site can help u http://www.home-remedies-for-you.com/remedy/Acne.html

Try using products by shesheido they are formulated in japan and have a great skincare range they get rid of pimples fast and are quick and efficient.

washing your face with noxzema original and using a benzoyle peroxide cream at night helps a lot
