My face is so dry, and i have discolored parts on my face as well. What do you suggest using that doesn't make my face oily?

I would recommend cleansing well, but gently, first.
Then while face is still slightly damp, just use Oil of Olay for sensitive skin, let it soak in. Apply more if you really need it.
Then just dot on a tiny bit of foundation that very closely matches your skin tone, just where you need it, and blend it well.
Follow with your regular make-up routine, but avoid too much powder.
My skin gets REALLY dry, too. I've tried everything.
Also, start sleeping with a humidifier in your room. It will help a lot.

use the johnson's lotion, only a thin layer of lotion. It always works.
