Make-up colors for blue eyes ?

Do you know some grat colors for blue eyes ? It's for my friend, who have brown hair, and light skin.

I have brown hair and blue eyes also... this is what I wear make-up wise...

black or charcoal gray eyeliner
black mascara
brown and pink eyeshadow
nude lipgloss

please don't let your friend wear blue eyeshadow.. it does not enhance her eyes.. I hate blue eyeshadow.. on anybody.. it makes them look clownish..

Hello sweetheart , now for blue eyes and fair skin , u need a navy blue eyeliner and try the darkblue light blue hazel set from avon and the light black mascara. some people may call u crazy fro wearing blue eyeliner but u , or ur friend will look very bish bash bosh!

I think that earth tones bring out blue eyes the best....especially dark blues over browns. best of luck!

I would use a light brown on the lid and crease and then do a dark brow around the lash line and blend it together

Navy blue shadow with brownish black eyeliner & mascara works for me. I have big blue eyes and fair skin. I have always had nice compliments on my eyes and makeup.
