I need some new foundation, concealer, blush, and eyeshadow (my hazel eyes must be accented!) for somewhere between $20-$30. Where should I go where I can get all of this for as little as possible, but still have a quality product?

Good dollar stores often have these things, but it's low quality. You could try Wal*Mart, but it might be a bit expensive. I personally prefer to use dollar store items, and if a dollar store product turns out to really have something wrong with it, only then do I get "higher quality" stuff. Most of the time, people can't really tell.

Drugstore, definitely. Don't go on dollar store for foundation and mascara, it would be cheap, but very low-quality. I would go on a cheap foundation, like Covergirl and Maybelline. It's good, and under 10 $ usually. For eyeshadow, i sould go in the "home" mark of the drugstore you go. It will be cheaper, but great too. For the colors, try purple, it's amazing. Or for more neutral, a bit of black, or dark brown, or bronze !

If you absolutely have to buy from the drug store, Almay and Neutrogena are probably your best bets for foundation as they're hypoallergenic and won't clog pores. You can use the cheaper brands like Cover Girl or Maybelline for your eyeshadow & blush.

Try drug stores, such as Rite Aid and Wallgreen's. As for brands, sometimes pricier means better. Sure, Maybelline is nice and cheap. But so is the make-up quality! Invest good money in essentials, they'll last longer and you'll look better. Buying a cheap product that doesn't make you look your best is a waste of money.

Some drugstore brands that makes good quality MUs: Jane (eyeshadows), New York Colors (for their loose powder), mark (palettes, almost everything) and probably Cover Girl for their fantastic Lash Exact Waterproof

I usually buy my makeup at the local drugstore or even at Walmart. They all sell the same brands. I mix and match different brands based on past experience with how they work and how my skin reacts to them. Just don't go for the absolute cheapest. Maybelline and Cover Girl are both decent but don't cost a lot.

go to Wal-Mart, Dollar Store of target. Avoid stores like Walgreens, they overprive the make-up. I would suggest Wal-Mart for cheap but good quality.

I know that Target has some really nice make-up with some really nice prices! You also may want to try your local beauty supply, like Sally's Beauty Supply, or even one of the Oriental Shops.Make up has come along way, so really cheap make up is not really that bad.
