On you arm? I have the same exact thing, and so does my mom and a lot of other girls i know. It's actually very common. The name of it is Keratosis Pilaris and the nickname is "chicken bumps" or "chicken skin". Sorry but there's no real way to get rid of them, but i hear a lot that exfoliating and moisturizing helps a little.
Try to google the words Keratosis Pilaris and you'll learn more about it.
Hope this helps :)

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I have that same exact thing. Over half of all Americans have it or have had it during their life.

Also, there isn't actually a cure for it to go away. But it seems that for me mine scarred a little so i try not to touch it... Doctors say that it goes away naturally as you get older.

IF it really is bothering you, try an Alpha-Hydroxy Acid. You should read up about it.. but just make sure that you DO NOT go out in the sun after you use a product with AHA..[wow from experience.. don't do it.. i broke out in little bumps but it went away after a week] Anyway.. AHA is supposed to smooth out uneven skin although it can be irritating at first.

I have similar bumps on my arms and I have found that by using Dove or Oil of Olay soaps/bodywashes really helps. I also use lotion 2 or 3 times a week on my arms and ALWAYS use sensitive skin formulas when possible.

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html

What did your doctor say they are? Is it a heat rash? I agree with the previous poster your skin may be too dry as well. A change in your soap may be in order as well.

If you mentioned this to your Dr. and he/she didn't suggest anything then it must not be anything to worry about. I'd say you probably should consider a very mild body wash, exfoliating regularly and using a good moisturizer.

I get those too. My mom thinks it might be ringworm but I have a feeling it's just excema. I think cortisone or neosporin would help. Good luck!
