why do people write in small print seeing eye dogs allowed on store windows if dogs cant read and blind people cant see the sign?

I am using a cream eyeshadow and it is great for about 3 hours and then the line start to show in the crease of my eye!! I need advice, are they any good tips or products out there?

I have studied Glass designing for (5) years ,now I’m designing a unique < Perfume bottles > for glass industry – cosmetics .
So ,
Do you know a ( perfume bottles manufacturer, Industrial Design office , glass factory, cosmetics manufacturer, Design office….etc )
Or any other organization could be interested in my “perfume bottles designs” ALL OVER THE WORLD ?

When I wear mascara or eye liner it seems to come off on the skin under my eyes. And it's really hard to remove especially when I'm out. It looks like I've been crying and my make up is smudged off under my eye. Please help I'll try anything.

since i was 14 (now 19) me and my mum have never got on, i love her to bits but we argue all the time. Last week we had another argument and i went to stay at my bf's for a few days like she asked. I then met with my Dad after work on friday and they have asked me to find alternative accomodation bc it doesn't work me living at home. I went and packed my stuff and at the mo am crashing with my bf who lives at home still, but know this can't go on for much longer. i have hardly any money, no idea where i am going career wise, and only moved to Jersey CI couple of years ago and dont have many friends like i do in my hometown, plus most are at uni. I also have the opportunity to go to uni in sep, but had decided it wasn't 4 me and am now tempted to go just so i have a roof over my head!

i feel really low and depressed and can't stop crying, i just dont know what i am going to do. I feel so lonely coz no one will properly talk to me.I dont think my bf realises how bad it is..any ideas?

dose brown mascara exists? n vat say bout wearn them on daily basis??? my brown eyeliner gives a minimal effect, i mean its more or less like applyn black until u really take notice of it , it appears kind of black.., hw bout sum gud brands, i was so far using revlon, any idea vats d range of MAC's products?n ya will eyes luk gud with black mascara n brown eyeliner.........wheatish complexion

I am 16, a girl, and love makeup...i am always interested in new and fun ideas and ways to wear my makeup...i am more of the 'natural' girl.
