Don't laugh, but here's the best you can get. Preparation H. You know, the piles cream. Basically it constricts the corpuscles around the eyes and takes away the blackness. I know, I also look like I've been punched half the time. Try it, it works!

There are some terrific cosmetics and creams developed to help mask this problem. Try Hylexin, available at stores like Sephora, a cream designed to aid with serious dark circles.
Discoloration and redness on your eyelids and lower rims can enhance the problem. Try a yellow-based, neutralizing cream like Benefit Lemon-aid or Lorac Neutralizing Lotion to eliminate redness and instantly brighten the eye area.
Lastly, you'll need a good concealer. My favorite is Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage, which includes two beiges so you can blend your own perfect shade. Apply to the inner corners of the eye only, where dark circles are most prominent, and be sure to blend. Using too much concealer or applying all around the under-eye can actually enhance dark circles; not to mention that concealer can settle into fine lines and wrinkles to make them more pronounced.
Hope this helps & best of luck :)

Black areas under eyes often affect those with sallow or dark toned skin - unfortunately, it's part of the package deal - however, you will be pleased to hear that this type of skin is also the best at aging gracefully. Take comfort in the fact that your peers will look like they are aging faster than you...
Natural remedies include;
Drinking more water, the kidneys will help to flush out the toxins and the area under your eyes indicates how well your kidneys are working. Honest.
Sleep, sounds like you are a busy person, but do you give your body enough rest? A normal malady of modern living.
Enhancements from the shelf;
Light reflecting fluids (concealers, foundations etc). Check to see that they are 'light reflecting', all that will do is make the light bounce of that area a little more and hopefully draw more attention to your cheekbones.
Colour Corrector Fluid - the GREEN one, if you haven't tried this one out, get the make-up assistant to demonstrate - this is important. This fluid is the saviour of all sallow skinned, broken veined, flushed and unevened damsels everywhere - but it is frequently misused. If you do you use this, you will need to finish it off with a foundation of compact powder. It's wonderful, not obvious (if you do it right) but it does need to be part of a daily make-up routine.
Best of luck!

The fastest cure for dark circles is to apply concealer. Choose a gold-based color that matches your skin shade exactly (the gold will counteract the blue of the under-eye circle).
The most common mistake women make when applying concealer is choosing a color that's too light -- this only achieves a "reverse raccoon" effect. Another common problem: putting the concealer only under the eye. You should apply it all around the eye area, and be sure to blend well. Set the concealer with a light dusting of translucent face powder so that it stays put. And to avoid drawing attention to your under-eye area, don't apply eyeliner or mascara to your lower lashes.
iVillage has lots of information on concealing under eye circles. Check out http://beauty.ivillage.com/makeup/concealit/0,,8hqd,00.html for more great tips.
Good luck!

Eat lots of fruits and drink lots of water to keep you hydrated and the vitamin c from the fruits will help to remove black circle under eyes. With all this, you need to sleep at least 8-9 hours per day and you need to do physical exercise. When you wake up, wash you face with cold water, this also helps to remove black circles under eyes. Do not drink tea or coffee----- you will get more black circles if you do. Do not watch TV more than necessary, or late night. This also helps to remove black circles under eyes. Hope you got the answer! EDIT__________------------------ Do drink tea or coffee if you are VERY TIRED (especially when you are driving. This reduces the risk of car collision. This is really very annoying. I had the same problem. I can suggest you to keep chilled cucumber slices and potato slices on your eyes daily while going to sleep. Keeping chilled tea bags on eyes is also effective. If its causing no improvement then its always better to conceal it with a good concealer easily available in any beauty shop. Apply compact powder after concealing it. But I would suggest nothing as gud as natural treatment. Apply milk and turmeric around the eyes. Make it a habit to apply it daily. Definitely dark circles will go. All the best.

Normally the dark areas under a persons eyes is due to lack of blood flow,robbing these areas with a good lotion often but gently will increase this blood and get it moving again.

I also have dark circles under my eyes..that makes me really look tired and like a zombie..it could be genetics or as a result of not getting enough sleep..to hide or mask it you could use eye care products..the one that helps eliminate or minimize those dark circles or moisturize the eye area..just make it a habit and a regimen..sleep early...and you can also use products like concealer to conceal the dark circles..it should match your skin tone..

Try a LITTLE orange lipstick(yes, that's correct) mixed with a concealer that is a tad lighter than your skin. Pat it on with your ring finger (rubbing is out!) or with a concealer brush. Pat foundation over it, or concealer if you need to. The dark circles are actually blue and the orange counteracts it! I love this!
P.S. don't forget your vitamins and drink your water!

Sleep, will do the trick. You also might have an Iron deficiency and can be fixed with more iron in your diet or iron pills. Maybe, you stay in doors to much, sunlight will also help balance your skin tone so the blackness is not so visible. Hope my opinion helps
