When I wear mascara or eye liner it seems to come off on the skin under my eyes. And it's really hard to remove especially when I'm out. It looks like I've been crying and my make up is smudged off under my eye. Please help I'll try anything.

Hey there, try using a papertowel under your eye while you are applying the makeup. This way it rubs off on the towel, and not on you. =)

I've had this same problem. Try using a q-tip, held under the eye, as you apply the mascara and eye liner, that way it gets on the q-tip and not on your lower lid area. When you are out and about and it smudges, try wiping away as much as possible (gently, use a moist tissue!) then apply pressed powder to the area under the eye, this will help cover the darkened area and brighten the eyes at the same time.

After putting on the mascara and eyeliner, take a Q-tip and wet it. Either with water or your mouth, it doesn't matter. Lightly sweep it over the area under your eyes. Then, dust some face powder (just a little) or eye shadow on your eyes, specifically on your liner. This "seals" the liner so it would flake or bleed later. Then, if you still have trouble, stick some Qtips in your purse. You can use them to dab on your face if your makeup is still being a pain.

Lotion is the best make up remover or keep neutrogena make up remover wipes with you. Wear a better mascara and eye liner such as Loreal Voluminous Waterproof thats will not smudge and for eyeliner use Chanel or Estee Lauder.

Use a waterproof mascara on upper lashes and a pencil eyeliner. Use Maybelline's special mascara made for lower lashes -- it has a MUCH finer brush and doesn't clump or leave residue. Remove makeup with Cetaphil or Johnson's Baby Shampoo and water, mixed 50/50 in it's own little bottle.

dont put on so much eyeliner. but if you insist, use liquid eyeliner, it dries and stays put. also, you might want to try to use some waterproof mascara.
