I'm new at putting on eyeliner, but I wanted to go for the Billie Joe (Greenday) look. Any advice or pointers?
My sisters put it on for me before, so I know it looks good, but I'm just not sure how to go about it myself.

Im guessing you are going for the black rimmed punk look so...take your closed eyelid and pull it taught. Draw a thin line from the inside corner to the outer edge. Keep as close to the lash line as possible. Later you can make the line thicker if you want more drama. I like to draw the line slightly upward so my eyes have a happier expression. Smudge the line slightly with a Q-tip or your pinky finger so you don't look like a clown. On the bottom of your eye, do the same as above, but UNDER the lash line. Don't pull your eye down and draw on the pink skin! That's yucky, makes your eyes look smaller and could irritate the eye. It also contaminates your eye pencil. Mascara will finish the look. maybe some under color you put on the liner and then there is some stuff other than liner that can go on under your liner go to a beauty supply store take a pic of what you want & ask them they will know trust me

You are originally beautiful, so no need to use eyeliner
