I have Asian hair that is somewhat long and naturally straight with large waves, but I have gotten it chemically straightened over the summer, back in June. So my hair is straight until the ends, where it gets tangled and strangely wavy. I don't mean just split ends; it's more like the ends of my hair are bent or crimped and so the ends of my hair always get tangled. I wash my hair once a day, usually, because otherwise it gets oily. I don't blow dry my hair (I let it air dry) or use straighteners for the most part. The only thing I can think of is the fact that after every shower, I use a wooden comb to part and comb out my hair. Is this a bad idea? I will probably just cut off the wavy ends but I'd like to know what I can do to prevent the ends of my hair from going crazy again in the future. Thanks!
