"Scene Hair"???

I know this is prolly a frequently asked question, but what is the best and fastest way to get scene hair? I love it, but have no idea how to make my hair "scene".
btw: I have short hair, so is it even possible without extensions???

just take a picture to your stylist and let them take care of you
