I don't know what's better. But I wash my hair not facing the shower head, because I can't stand water in my face. Beside, I don't like the dirty soapy water running down my face either. Good luck. 2D

I imagine that it's up to you. But my advice is not facing the shower head, since the water is going to be in your face! That's how I do it anyway.

not facing the shower head of course.. if ur facing the shower head then the water would constantly be in your eyes and the shampoo n conditioner might get in it to...

i like facing the shower head. so the water doesn't get in my ears.... when i wash my hair with soap and cond. i wash it and then to rinse it, i face it but have my head down. it really depends on you.

i always doing it not facing the shower head, otherwise the shampoo gets in my eyes!
