1] use a shampoo for oily hair [ Pantene, Herbal Essence ]
2] rinse twice as much as you normally do
3] try not using conditioner - many of us with fine hair don't need it. If you do use it, only apply to shaft and ends of hair - not roots or scalp; and again - rinse-rinse-rinse.
4] press out excess water, and wrap hair in clean towel
5] scrub comb. brushes with shampoo and a nail brush or old toothbrush, rinse well
6] remove tangles with your comb, not a brush
7] consider a layered haircut, or learning to use a volumizer

It depends on what type of hair you have. From what you say I would guess that your hair is pretty straight. Usually the curlier your hair the drier it is, so curly haired people shouldn't wash their hair with shampoo every day. But in your case I think it's a good idea to stick with shampooing your hair every day because your hair gets greasy. Maybe your skin is sensitive to chemicals and that's why you still have dandruff. You could try some of Burt's Bees products.

Herbal Essance Shampoo for Oily hair. LOVE IT! Also hairspry helps, the alchole in it "eats" up the oil. But not to much just one or two sparys of a "light hold" type. Oh and if you use conditioner, don't put it on your roots just midway down to the ends.

Brush it more as this will transfer the natural skin oil from the hair roots to the tips of the hair. This will give your hair length a natural moisturizer.

don't use a moisturizing shampoo or conditioner. sounds like you have fine hair? find a product that is a gentle daily cleaner...maybe a 2-in-one product.
