I work in a office environment but I want to work out at the gym. I have a natural hair and I get a press and curl every two week. Besides braids, is there any other styles I can try the will allow my hair to hold up two weeks and not look crazy in the office

Hi, I'm African american and my hair seems to be very stringy, dry and brittle. I wash my hair with cream of nature shampo and conditioner. I sit under the dryer with the conditioner using saran wrap. Then I rinse my hair with cold water.... next put wrap foam and hair polish and wrap my hair and sit under the dryer. Afterwards I put Kera oil on my hair and straighten it with a Ceramic straightner. Can anyone tell me how to repair my hair, or stop using on my hair?

I want to get my hair cut. Something sporty, cute, maybe a little punk-rocker chic style goin' on. My hair is medium thickness, shoulder length and light brown with highlights that you can barely see anymore. My face shape is a square-heart. Like JoJo. I don't really like bangs, unless they're really long or pushed to the side or both. Spiking is an option, and I like the idea of spiked hair with long bangs in the front, but I'm open to other things. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to dye my hair. My mom might go for dark red highlights, though.
Any suggestions?

Okay, so I have hair about 6 inches below my shoulders and I'm tired of wearing it down all of the time. It is naturally stick straight. Does anybody have any ideas? I'm looking for something more on the casual side.

I have dark blonde-light brownish hair. It is about 6 inches past shoulder length. It seems to be "fried". It stays like this even after I get it cut. I used to wash it every other day when it was fried. Now I wash it everyday to see if it would make a difference, but it doesn't. I brush my hair like a million times a day. That might be part of the problem, but I'm not sure. I'm not in the sun much (except in the summertime). I've never died or bleached my hair. I hardly ever blow dry my hair or use any kind of iron with it. I don't use much styling products in it until recently (gel+hairspray). So why is my hair like this? And are there any inexpensive ways to fix it? Or at least to prevent it from getting worse? Thanks so much!!! All answers are greatly appreciated =)

Hi all! I'm 23, medium long wavy hair and want to keep it that way... I went to a stylest and she said my hair was light brown, I went to the sample hair pieces and thought its more like medium brown. I have a spanish background, brown eyes, light tan skin. My husband would love to see me in blonde and I've always liked reddish myself. I'd use the no-amonia dyes. But I don't know what color a: would look better on me and b:wouldn't look soo fake. Last thing I want is to look exotic! Please help, and if you know of any good web pages w/pics that would be awesome too! Advice greatly appreciated.

What product she can use to turn it brown and something that will be seen, because sometimes some color don't take properly on dark black hair.
She just want to totally change the color and that only brown will be able to be seen after the coloration.
