I have been dyeing my hair back to it's dark auburn color since I was in my 20's. Now that I am almost 40 my hair has a lot of gray (about 60%) and it's hard to color all the gray out. I haven't colored my hair for about three months and I'm getting used to the gray. Do you think I should continue to color my hair or should I just let nature take it's course? My husband doesn't care either way, but I want to know what others thought. By the way I have very few wrinkles so I don't look like an old woman.

My hair is really fine since some hormone problems a few years ago and compounded by hair loss and regrowth since having a baby. I have it shoulder length, but have stupid little wispy bits everywhere around the fringe.

Anyway - where would you go to get really good advise about a hair cut? I talk to my hairdresser, but he just cuts it the same way anyhow!!

i think i could cut one but i'm scared to try it on my own and i can't go to a professional or anything for a while probably. it's the kinda of hairstyles that have the bangs parted to one side and the hair goes down to just above the shoulders and gets shorter or layered as it goes up. any ideas how exactly to do it??

I have really curly hair and it's absolutely enormous and frizzy in tight curls and normally I straighten it every day with a hairdryer and flat iron but it's getting to be too much work.

How much does it cost to have your hair permanently straightened?

How long does it last?

Is it worth it?

I have long, thick hair (I am a girl by the way), which is naturally straight. I can use my curling irons to get a good curl going, but it doesn't hold very well.
Are there any good hair products out there that would help to hold curls in place? What would you recommend?
