Hair - February 2007

Ok, I'm a natural darkblonde/lightbrown color but ive been dying my hair a light honey blonde for forever..and im getting tired of it, I want to go back as close as possible to my natural color...and I think this might work...theres a pic of me (click the link) then the pic of the hair color I'm thinking about going...it'll be something like those two pics (just click the second link to find out what I'm talking about) any advice? thanks!

I got some crew comb gel, but I still can't get my flattop to stand up. Should I use hairspray? As some told me maybe get it cut shorter. I know Flattops should be showing skin at the top and crown of the head., I got a bunch of hair there. The sides are kind of long too. Are they suppoose to be shaved ?

When I'm taking a shower alot of my hair falls out and when I get out and comb my hair even more falls out. I mean I fill the bottum of my sink up. I shower everyday so I'm surprised I have any hair left. I've had my hair trimmed and switched my shampoos and it is just getting worse. I'm using Biolage shampoo and conditioner now cuz I heard that it is better stuff. I've stopped blow drying my hair and I don't put anything in it so what's the deal?

If you have more watts on the hairdryer will that make your hair straighter? Like if I have a hairdryer with 2600watts will that be better than a lets say CHI dryer that is 1875watts? Its is the brand or it is the watts that make the difference?

my hair is naturally light brown/d.blonde,and had blonde lights in it.i was getting roots so i decided to put a warm chestnut on it and now it is dark purple .my son says i look like a goth!
if i put a dark brown on this will that be ok?
and i only did it yesterday ,is it safe to put another dye on today ?
btw the colour was a permanent one.
