I don't actually HAVE a hair stylist -- I chopped my hair off at home when I was twelve-sixteen, but I've gone back to long hair. I had to cut it to about an inch & a half due to an unfortunate blue dye accident (green hair for the first three months of junior year; it would NOT STRIP OUT), so I've kept long for two & a half years ...

I want to visit a stylist to get some sort of nice treatment to make me feel beautiful. I don't want a color or a cut. A trim could be nice to get rid of dead ends, but I freak out that they'll try to take off too much. I have pretty nice natural layers cos of the short cut that I like.

What do I want? A vitamin treatment? Is it even worth it?

I dyed my hair using Revlon ColorSilk (SoftBlack) 2 days ago. My hair is soft and smooth and I did a deep conditioning treatment on it, but its just to dark and I want to redye it tonight using the same brand but a shade lighter because it worked well. I start work tomorrow and I look horrible with black hair. I've heard your hair will fall out if you redye it to soon. Is this true?

I use Garnier Fructis
Smoothing Milk and Leave-In Conditioner
for my hair, and they are supposed to control frizz, but i have to apply it twice, the 2nd time about 15 minutes after the first, and on week days i really don't have time for that, so does anyone have any recommendations?

I really need them!!

My hair is straight, brown, and about 2 inches past my shoulder.
My frizziness is usually at the roots, the back of my hair, and on the sides in the middle, so, basically my whole head. I don't want to spend too much monet either, maybe 10 $$ tops.

i'm an asian guy and had the stereotypical straight flat hair when I was a child, but when I started to shave my head for several years my hair seems to puff out when I let it grow up to 3 to 4 inches as if i have an asian afro...how do i make it straight and flat when i grow it to 3 to 4 inches instead of it being puffy?
