I use Garnier Fructis
Smoothing Milk and Leave-In Conditioner
for my hair, and they are supposed to control frizz, but i have to apply it twice, the 2nd time about 15 minutes after the first, and on week days i really don't have time for that, so does anyone have any recommendations?

I really need them!!

My hair is straight, brown, and about 2 inches past my shoulder.
My frizziness is usually at the roots, the back of my hair, and on the sides in the middle, so, basically my whole head. I don't want to spend too much monet either, maybe 10 $$ tops.

Thanks in advance!

John Freida Frizz Ease products really do work well. I'd give it a shot. Maybe not under 10 dollars always but if you care a lot, it'd be worth it.

Argan oil by Pro Naturals is great for frizzy hair, it makes my hair really soft and shiny. I use it after a shower on damp hair and gets rid of frizz and It’s also a heat protectant.

advance concepts every day effects works properly for me John Frieda Garnier Fructis Shine Miracle Anti-Frizz Serum Blow drying then straightening your hair will help with the frizz besides, in case you may desire to maintain your curls, blow dry, then re-curl utilising a curling iron or curlers that are charged with ions. :)
