It's very good and lasts about a year for me (just the new grown hair is a problem). I have been doing this for the past 12 years and my hair didn't get worse or dried out. I don't know if there's anything better, I have not tried anything else but Japanese Straightening.

Oh, mine was $700 in Colorado and $250 in Singapore.

No, being a guy I haven't gotten one. I did get an ordinary perm one day for Napoleon Dynamite day though, lol.

I just googled Japanese perm, and got this page. Looks darn pricey, and for that much, it had better be good. Anything better? That would be a matter of personal taste.

if you mean the Straight Perm then yes I have. It is also Called "thermal reconditioning"

Mine was 100 dollars an hour and took about 5 hours. With a 10 percent tip cost me 550$.

NEVER get one that cost less than 400$ They dont have the right supplys and my friends have gotten seriously bad burns on their skelp.

The product they used on my hair was an American version called "Rusk Thermal str8"

I ABSOLUTALLY LOVE the results. I would do it again in a heartbeat. It was truly life changing.

i know this salon in downtown Chicago this is not gonna help to much because i don't know the name of the salon but they use natural herbs for everything like coloring hair and giving perms and straightening your hair it is really good you should look it up.
