give a oil massage to your hair everyday as its must for strong hair
you can put coconut milk on your hair as it is very useful
putting egg on hair also helps...
use a good shampoo & conditioner and keep in mind that your shampoo & conditioner is of same brand
don't let the conditioner go to the roots of hair
.......... for other hair solutions go to any specialist
and don't worry

Losing hair beyond the normal every day hair loss can be caused by a number of things, such as bad hair dye over dyeing, washing your hair with too high temp of water, blow drying or other tools that involve heat, stress, lack of vitamins, anemia or an underlying health condition such as hypothyroidism. One of my daughters ended up with a little bald spot on her head due to stress and the salon she goes to sold her a special shampoo that helped make her hair grow back. It did the trick. I too lost a lot of hair before I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and put on meds. Just go down the list and rule out one thing at a time until you find the problem. Also taking a good multi-vitamin every day along with drinking plenty of water will do wonders for your hair (& skin too). Good luck.

Traci, this happened to me and it really sucked. I found out that hair has a 3 month frowth cycle from the birth of the follicle to the death of the hair...my guess is that you had some physical or emmotional trauma about three months ago and now your hair is dying....it will come back, it will be okay..buy some little fake hair pieces and make it look better for now and don't stress it...I was almost bald before I came to understand it was related to a physical injury I had three months prior...good luck..I know it is only hair but when it is yours it is more than hair...chin up, it will pass..........

People lose hair every day. To me, it seems like the longer my hair is, the more I lose, maybe it's just more noticeable when it's long. Talk to your stylist to find out if the amount you are losing is an abnormal amount. You may just want to wash it less often, like twice a week. Be sure to brush your hair well at night before bed and in the morning when you wake up. I heard from a friend who had gastric by-pass surgery that hair loss can be associated with a lack of protein. She and her stylist keep a watch on her hair loss and if it gets to be too much, she increases her protein intake. You may want to increase the amount of protein you take in.

As long as your hair doesn't actually seem to be getting thinner, than this is perfectly normal. Most people lose about 50 to 100 head hairs a day. These hairs are replaced - they grow back in the same follicle on your head. This amount of hair loss is totally normal and no cause for worry.

I have very fine hair that breaks easily. I found that Garnier shampoo helps minimize how much hair falls out. Another alternative is to use and 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner because you spend less time washing your hair. Hope this helps!

I have the same problem too! I find nothing really helps it too much. it could be your water, maybe it is too hard. If i can suggest one thing that has sort of worked with me - my hair still falls, but not too much - is using Nioxin. it is a great brand of hair care products. they also have great systems for hair thinning problems from mild thinning to severe. i have seen it work, it makes your hair thicker. my entire lineof hair care products is by nioxin. the problwm i am having now, is that i have moved from us to dubai, and i cant find it here!! i am freaking out!!

this happens to me all the time also.
i find my self pulling out HANDfuls of hair.
what helps a little bit is if you turn your shower on hot then slowly go to cold. and stand under the cold water for as long as you can stand it.
what the cold does is helps close up the pores and keeps them tight.
so give that a try and it doesnt do anything for you maybe call a doctor and just ask him/her about it.
tell me if it helped at all
GOOD LUCK :)

that happened to me too. how long has this been happening. if it's been happening for a long time it's prbably because you don't get all the shampoo out and if it's been happining for a short time try getting another trim.
